- 2003, Olverson, he won this social security disability case for him after showing he could no longer do light duty work due to spinal stenosis.
- 2003, St. Clair, he won this social security disability case after showing the claimant could not do any work due to Aids and back problems.
- 2003, Suggs, he won this workers comp case in the Court of Appeals after showing the claimant's treating doctors's opinions about his disability were more persuasive than the opinions of the insurance company.
- 2003, Moore, he won this social security disability case after showing the claimant despite medications continued to suffer from epileptic fits.
- 2003, Jarrell, he won this social security disabilty case after showing the claimant could not do light work due to disc injuries and spinal stenosis.
- 2003, Sanford, he settled this workers compensation case after showing the claimant still suffered from the original back injury at work even though she had had an intervening back problem at home.
- 2003, Hair, he won this workers compensation case for Mr. Hair who suffered a knee injury while working on a roof. The employer had denied Mr. Hair was an employee.
- 2003, Fitzgerald, he won this workers' compensation case for the claimant even though the claimant had not gone to a doctor until two months after his shoulder injury he incurred after shoveling asphalt.
- 2003, Clark, he settled this workers' compensation case after showing the claimant continued to have shoulder problems after injuring her shoulder in a slip and fall at her place of work.
- 2003, Newcomb, he won this workers comp case for Ms. Newcomb who had slipped and fallen down a stairs at work when she stepped on a black substance on the stairs.
- 2003, Lewis, he won this Social Security Disability case by showing Lewis could not do her past work as housekeeper due to back problems and due to her lack of education could not any other form of work.
- 2003, Beard, he settled this workers comp case for Ms. Beard who had injured her right hand in a slip and fall at her place of employment and as a result could no longer do any work that involved her right hand.
- 2003, Clark, injured his right arm at work. Mr. Lutkenhaus won Social Security Disability for him because due to his IQ and arm injury he could not do any other work. Also, he setted his workers' comp case for the same reasons.
- 2003, Davis, suffered multiple injuries at work when he ran his fork lift over an embankment. He lost his compensation because he was imprisoned for unrelated reasons. Mr. Lutkenhaus managed to get his compensation back by showing he still had limitations after getting out of prison and then we managed to obtain a favorable settlement for him.
- Mr. Lutkenhaus won Mr. Cherry's disability case in August 2003 after showing his serious heart problems.
- In September 2003, Mr. Lutkenhaus settled a workers comp case for Mr. Hair for $44,000.00 after his knee injury.
- 2004---Sims, Mr. Lutkenhaus won Mr. Sims social security case after a remand from United States District Court getting him over three years back benefits.
- 2004---Cansler, Mr. Lutkenhaus won Mr. Cansler's social security case due to his arthritis and other conditions; he received over $30,000.00 in back benefits.
- 2004---Pace, Mr. Lutkenhaus settled a workers comp case for Mr. Pace for $195,000.00 after he had had a shoulder injury that prevented his pre injury work.
- 2004---Markel, Mr. Lutkenhaus settled a workers comp case for Mr. Markel for $125,000.00 after he had had an arm injury that prevented his pre-injury work as an 18 wheeler driver.2004
- 2004---Kierson, Mr. Lutkenhaus filed for permanent total compensation after 500 wks of comp expired. Settled case for $100,000.00.
- 2004---Wilson, Mr. Lutkenhaus settled his workers compensation case for $125,000.00 after showing a combination of his injury and learning impairments made him unemployable.
- 2004---Simpson, Mr. Lutkenhaus settled his workers compensation case for $165,000.00. He had failed back injury syndrome.
- 2004---Cofield, Mr. Lutkenhaus settled his workers compensation case for $120,000.00. He had a chronic back problem.
- 2004---Lipscomb, Mr. Lutkenhaus settled his post traumatic headache workers compensation case for $192,000.00.
- 2004--Bennett, Mr. Lutkenhaus resolved her shoulder injury claim against her employer for $90,000.00.
- 2004--Vanderpool, Mr. Lutkenhaus reversed an adverse Social Security Disability Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia
- 2004--Allen, he reversed an adverse Social Security Disability decision in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia
- 2005--Parker, he resolved his workers compensation accident for his lower back injury for $117,500.00.
- 2005--Sears, he settled his workers compensation knee injury accident for $150,000.
- 2005--Baker, back problem with obesity & Mr. Lutkenhaus managed to get her disability.
- 2005--Nicholson, back problem which Mr. Lutkenhaus resolved for $90,000.00.
- 2005--Brown, back problem from while working as a counter clerk in 1993. Mr. Lutkenhaus hammered out a settlement for $286,000.00.
- 2005--Freeman, had a concussion in a school bus accident and we resolved her workers comp case for $120,000.00.
- 2005--Charity, he had post traumatic headaches from a rear end collision and we won his case before the Commission.
- 2006--Wright, he had had a cervical fusion but still remained with significant pain and numbness in his arms. Mr. Lutkenhaus won his disability case for him in Farmville, Virginia.
- 2006--Bitar, she had fibromyalgia & Mr. Lutkenhaus won her disability case.
- 2006--Hargrove, he had a back injury & his case was resolved for a favorbable amount.
- 2006--Travis, fell from a ladder and the employer did not want to pay but his case was successfully prosecuted at the Commission.
- 2006--Fisher, was shot by an intruder on a construction project and the employer did not want to pay but his case was successfully prosecuted before the Commission.
- 2006--Williams, I, is a 53 yr old with a bad back & Mr. Lutkenhaus won his disability case.
- 2006--Ms. Smith had lupus and even though she was only 33 years old the hearing before the Judge was successful.
- 2006--Vanderpool had lost twice before the Social Security Judge but we managed to reverse Social Security in the US District Court and get her benefits back to 2002.
- 2007--Tatum was receiving workers compensation and then developed bone cancer. We found a way to settle his workers compensation case and avoided the other issue.
- 2007--Edmonds did not want to have a second back surgery and we managed to settle his case for $145,000.00.
- 2007--Cooke, the Social Security Judge did not want to accept the report of her chiropractor but when we supported that report with the report of another doctor we won her case.
- 2007--Grattan, the Social Security Judge denied the claimant's claim for Ehlers Danlos Syndrome but our appeal to US District Court reversed the Judge.
- 2007--Nuckols, the Judge had denied her Fibromyalgia claim but I managed to get the case reversed in US District Court and won the case at the re-hearing.
- 2007--Case for C. Severe workers compensation injury including a brain injury. We settled this for $1,450,000.00. This will provide lifetime annuities to the claimant and his caretaker worth $5,000,000.00.
- 2007--Travis. Severe workers compensation injury after fall from scaffold. Insurance company denied case on grounds marijuana caused the fall. I proved it did not cause the fall and settled the case for $125,000.00.
- 2008--Reed. Fall from ladder with crushed leg. Employer denied Reed was an employee. We won his Workers Comp case before the Full Commission.
- 2008--Brown. She was cut off Social Security Disability due to part time work but we showed her work did not exceed guidelines and reversed the suspension.
- 2008--Beckner. Virginia Court of Appeals affirmed her award for MRSA which she had contracted at Central State Hospital.
- 2008--Settled a workers compensation case for Mr. Keller who had suffered a blood clot as a result of routine knee injury at work.
- 2008--Stancil had a back fusion but this did not take away her pain. We obtained disability for her after her case had been rejected by other attorneys.
- 2008--Settled a workers compensation case for McRaven. He had injured his leg at work and the insurance company doctor said his problem was just due to old age. However, we obained a good report from his doctor and achieved a good settlement.
