The GGL Law Firm
As a workplace injury and Social Security Disability attorney in Richmond for over 35 years, I have been assisting clients with their claims and denials.
In 1973, I first began representing injured and disabled claimants while practicing law for the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society in Richmond, Virginia. In 1978, I became the managing attorney for that agency.
In 1984, I began my own law firm in Richmond, VA, specializing in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. Before various groups, I have lectured on Workers’ Compensation topics and Social Security Disability issues. I have dedicated myself to providing aggressive legal representation to injured and disabled workers.
In 1998, Rose Fauntleroy joined my firm as a litigation paralegal. In 2010, Anne Lutkenhaus joined my firm as a paralegal. They are tremendous assets to the firm because they both know the ins and outs of disability and workplace injuries. Rose retired in April 2020.
Richmond Magazine recognized my firm as one of the best Workers’ Compensation attorneys in the Central Virginia region in a survey of 2,000 lawyers in the July 1999 issue. Every year since 2005, the Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys has invited me to be in their publication. Every year since 2010, Martindale-Hubbell has awarded me the highest possible rating of “AV” for legal ability and ethical standards.
Since its founding, this firm has focused on representing claimants in Virginia Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability claims. A Virginia Workers’ Compensation settlement can end all your rights. Contact my firm for a free consultation before taking such a step.
